The Kia Soul has been a popular pick for drivers near Florence, KY and beyond. That said, our dealers at Jake Sweeney Kia have been keeping up-to-date on all the latest Kia news, and we’re especially excited to reveal what we’ve learned about next year’s version of the Kia Soul.
The Kia Soul has always been a unique member of the Kia family. As a result, this crossover has continued to be a heavy hitter, garnering widespread popularity. And with the upcoming release of 2021 models, the new Kia Soul stands to be just as popular.
Let’s start with the trim selection. The 2021 Kia Soul is expected to come with six trim configurations, which include the LX, S, X-Line, GT-Line, EX, and Turbo. There will be two different engine options in the 2021 model, with one being a 147-horsepower 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that will use a CVT to transfer power seamlessly. A 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine will come as a secondary option, providing drivers with 201 horsepower at the assistance of a seven-speed automatic transmission.
The interior of the 2021 Kia Soul is expected to be just as lush, comfortable, and hi-tech as always. The new model will boast ambient lighting, a wireless charging pad for your smartphone, and a head-up display, to name a few. In keeping with modern automotive expectations, 2021 models of the Kia Soul can be installed with driver assistance features like forward-collision warning and automatic emergency braking.
